1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 67,268,158 and the amount of KRW 53,93,920 from January 7, 202 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The reasons for the indication of the claim are as shown in the Appendix of Claim.
2. Judgment on deemed confession (Articles 150(3) and 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act, and the Defendants, after being served with the original copy of the payment order, failed to submit a written answer only in the formal objection without the indication of the denying defense;
