All appeals are dismissed.
The grounds of appeal are examined (to the extent of supplement in case of Defendant B’s supplemental appellate brief filed after the deadline).
The judgment below
Examining the reasoning of the judgment of the court below and the first instance court in light of the evidence duly admitted, it is justifiable to reverse the judgment of the court of first instance that acquitted the Defendants on the ground that the facts charged in this case against the Defendants are recognized, and to find the Defendants guilty.
In doing so, there is no violation of the rules of logic and experience or rules of evidence, and there is no error of misconception of facts or misapprehension of legal principles on title trust by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations.
Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
