As a foreign worker of Cambodian nationality, the Defendants, as a victim E (the age of 27) who is a foreign worker of Cambodian nationality, were willinged to assault the victim E, together with F, G, H, I, and J, which is a foreign worker of the nationality of other Cambodian, who is a foreign worker of the Republic of Korea.

1. 피고인들의 공동범행 피고인들은 F, G, H, I, J과 함께 2013. 12. 1. 22:20경 전남 영암군 K에 있는 L클럽 앞에서, 피고인 A는 전화로 L클럽에서 술을 마시고 있던 피해자 E를 불러내고, F, G, H, I, J은 피고인들과 함께 피해자 E를 에워싼 다음, 피고인 B은 주먹으로 피해자 E의 얼굴을 2회 때리고, F은 상의 안주머니에서 흉기인 식칼(칼날길이 21.5cm)을 꺼내 피해자 E를 마치 찌를 듯이 위협하고, G는 발로 피해자 E의 배를 1회 찼다.

Since then, Defendant B was able to drive away from the victim E who escaped into the L club, but the victim M (25 years of age) who is a driving of the victim E was h's face one time by drinking the victim, and H was one time as a dangerous object of the victim M's head.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to commit violence against the victim E by carrying dangerous objects, and committed violence against the victim M in the number of treatment days.

2. Defendant B’s crime

A. On December 1, 2013, at around 22:48, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violence, etc. Act (abs., injury by group, deadly weapons, etc.), the Defendant: (a) driven a ship in the front of the steering line in the Yong-gu, Young-gun, Young-gu, Youngnam-gun with G in front of the steering line in order to find the victim E who escaped by avoiding assault by the Defendant, etc.; (b) discovered the victim from riding a bicycle; and (c) turned the victim over the floor with the rear wheels of the victim’s bicycle, which is an object dangerous to the Defendant’s driving.

Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with G, and takes dangerous things to the victim.
