1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 60,00,000 for the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff’s 6% per annum from October 31, 2016 to February 21, 2019; and (b) February 22, 2019.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(However, a judgment without pleading is deemed to be a “Plaintiff”, and “debtor” to be a “defluence”, and Article 208(3)1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act.
3. The statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 29768) is amended and promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced from June 1, 2019, the part exceeding the above recognition scope is dismissed.
