The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. On December 13, 2015, the Defendant, at around 17:40, sent a statement of the facts charged to the Defendant’s residence located in Seo-gu Daejeon, that “E posted a notice on the bulletin board of the said website that “The victim F appeared in TV program G” on the part of the Defendant’s dwelling in Seo-gu, Daejeon, with the Internet site “D.”
Accordingly, the defendant openly insultingd the victim.
2. It is so decided as per Disposition on the grounds that an offense subject to victim's complaint (Article 312(1) of the Criminal Act), revocation of victim's complaint, and dismissal or higher of public prosecution.
