1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 57,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from August 5, 2017 to the date of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Around June 2013, the Plaintiff leased the Defendant with interest of KRW 57 million plus interest of KRW 7 to 8% per month on the condition that the Defendant repays it after three months.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day following the delivery of the original copy of the above 57 million won and the payment order of this case to the day of full payment.
