2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. The Defendant is a school foundation established for the purpose of higher education based on research through the training of human resources in the fields of science and technology and the basic science research and industry-academic cooperation research. The Plaintiff is a person assigned or dismissed from office due to the following grounds for disciplinary action during his/her service as the head of the administrative support team (hereinafter “instant grounds for disciplinary action”).

The Plaintiff, as the head of the D Center Administrative Support Team (from April 4, 2006 to December 31, 201), and E-Research Team leader (from August 24, 2011 to December 31, 201) of the E-Research Team leader, he/she created and used inappropriate expenses in the following unfair manner, used university assets for private purposes, and violated multiple business regulations. Accordingly, the Plaintiff’s trust among university members and caused financial loss to the university.
