1. 2. The transfer of means of electronic financial transactions;
A. The Defendant, at around 15:00 on June 22, 2014, issued the passbook and cash card under the direction of “G” to the head of the Gu Park Jong-gu film-dong, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and issued the passbook and cash card in the name of I via a delivery engineer.
In this way, the Defendant acquired the means of access in collusion with those who did not receive the name.
B. The Defendants’ above-mentioned names are necessary for loans from June 20, 2014 to June 23, 2014 to J, K, L, and M respectively.
