Of the facts charged of this case, the injury is committed.

On November 17, 1998, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for 8 months at night, 2 years of suspended sentence, and 10 months at the same court on July 31, 2001 for special larceny; imprisonment with prison labor for 1 year at night; imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny at the Daegu District Court on December 3, 2003; imprisonment with prison labor for 1 year and 6 months at the same court on May 4, 2005; imprisonment with prison labor for 1 year and 6 months at the same court on January 19, 207; imprisonment with prison labor for 1 year and 6 months at the same court on August 21, 2008; and imprisonment with prison labor for 1 year and 1 year and 16 months at the same court on July 16, 201 for the same crime; and imprisonment with prison labor for 20 years at the Daegu High Court on July 13, 2011.

1. On May 20, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 14:25 on May 20, 2013, the Defendant spited the victim D (Nam, 21 years of age) who was under confinement together with the Defendant on the floor; (b) spiting the Defendant into the floor; and (c) spiting the victim’s face; and (d) spited the victim’s side fright, etc. with plastic salted fish.

As a result, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim, which requires medical treatment for about two weeks.

2. On October 11, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) opened and intruded into a G cafeteria operated by the victim F in Daegu-gu, Seo-gu at around 03:00 to 04:00, and has a cash of 2.80,000 won owned by the victim in front of the table.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen the victim's property.

3. The Defendant was not corrected in order to find out the place of temporary residence in the I underground warehouse of the joint management of the occupants located in the Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu Northern-gu from October 24, 2014 to October 23:50.
