Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who drives a rocketing car.
On July 18, 2018, the Defendant driven the said car in the section of approximately 70 meters from the 77th parallel of Taeju-si, Sungwon apartment, 305, to the 86th parallel of the same Si-ro, and the 70th parallel of the elim apartment, while under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.13% among the blood transfusions.
