A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant of "2015 Gohap 351" is not a person handling narcotics.
1. Purchasing marijuana;
A. On January to February 2015, the Defendant purchased 1g of hemp from F at a bar in the vicinity of the hotel E hotel located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, for a period of at least KRW 1.50,000,00 from F.
B. On April 2015, the Defendant purchased 2g of marijuana from F in the same place as the F at around 1-A, at the same time, at KRW 300,00,000.

The Defendant from May 6, 2015 to the same month.
7. Between 23:00 to 00:00, F purchased 1.50,000 won for marijuana 1g from F in the alleyway near the restaurant located in the vicinity of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G Elementary School.
2. Smoking marijuana;
A. On January to February 2015, the Defendant smoked marijuana at the Defendant’s residence in Gangnam-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City I and 203, by inserting marijuana in the pipe of the gambling site and inserting a smoke, as if he smoked, as the Defendant smoked.
B. The Defendant from May 3, 2015 to the same month.
4. Supper 2-A, at the same place as the above, smoked the marith of hemp in the foregoing manner.

On May 8, 2015, the Defendant smoked the marith of hemp in the same manner as above at the same place as the paragraph 2-A.
3. Purchasing phiphones;
A. On January to February 2015, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 100,000,00 from F, a Mebacule (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”) a local mental medicine at the alleyway near the hotel in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, for approximately one million.
B. The Defendant from May 3, 2015 to the same month.
4. At around 15:00 to 16:00, at the top of the J Apartment apartment in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, issued 1g of marijuana to K and purchased phiphones in return for the issuance of approximately 0.2g of phiphones from K.

On May 7, 2015, the Defendant issued approximately 0.2g of marijuana to K in the street near Gangnam-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and received approximately 0.2g of opon from K in return.
