Punishment of the crime
On May 15, 2016, the Defendant driven a B-hand car with approximately 300 meters alcohol concentration of 0.158% under the influence of alcohol, from the road prior to the public announcement of cremation in Singu-si, Singu, Sinsi-si to the front road in the same sports park located in the same Dong.
