Punishment of the crime
On August 27, 2010, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 2 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act from the Incheon District Court’s Busan District Court’s Branch on August 27, 2010, and KRW 4 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Seoul Southern District Court on May 29, 2012.
On June 12, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 21:23, 2013, the Defendant: (b) driven a C motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.175% without obtaining a driver’s license from the front road of the “Yacheon-gu Samcheon-gu, Busan Metropolitan City” to the front road of the 87-10th road of the same 87-10th road.
