A defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.
When the accused does not pay a fine, 100,000 won shall be converted into one day.
Punishment of the crime
On August 29, 2018, at the “Cju” located in Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seongdong-gu, Seoul. On August 19, 2018, the Defendant refused to take a measure for returning home from E in the circumstances belonging to the D District of the Seoul East Police Station D District where the Defendant was dispatched after receiving a report of 112 that the Defendant avoided disturbance, and the Defendant took a form of the E’s external flab by hand, and flabing E’s chest into drinking, and flab by hand, upon arrest of a flagrant offender, the Defendant flabed and pusheded E’s chest by hand before the earth.
Accordingly, the defendant assaulted police officers who perform legitimate duties in relation to 112 reporting processing affairs, thereby hindering the execution of official duties.
