손해배상(기)
1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 31,370,000 and the interest rate thereon from January 5, 2018 to the day of full payment.
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Grounds for judgment: Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act;
3. Partial dismissal: The Plaintiff claimed for the payment of damages for delay from the date of service of the duplicate of the complaint of this case (on January 4, 2018), but even based on the Plaintiff’s assertion itself, the Defendant’s obligation against the Plaintiff is a debt with no fixed deadline. Thus, the Plaintiff recognized the damages for delay from the day following the delivery date of the duplicate of the complaint of this case, which is the maximum date
