Since the number fraternity is able to receive the monthly payment and interest from the senior fraternity in good faith after the senior fraternity receives the monthly payment and interest, the fraternity should inform the other members of the fraternity of whether they will continue to maintain the number fraternity if the senior fraternity does not pay the monthly payment.

In fact, the Defendant was unable to normally operate the above number system due to an increase in the number of accounts in which the monthly payment has not been made because the monthly payment was not made by the F and two accounts opened from around December 2011 to the two accounts, and the other members of the accounts thereafter did not pay the monthly payment.

Nevertheless, the Defendant talked that other members of the victim E pay monthly payments in good faith and run normally, and the Defendant received KRW 7 million in total from the victim from December 2, 201 to February 2013 as the monthly payments.

In addition, from December 201 to August 2013, 201, the Defendant obtained a total of KRW 92 million from eight victims as the monthly payment amount for the number system as shown in the attached list of crimes from around December 2011 to August 2013, and acquired it by deception.
