1. The Defendant’s compulsory execution against the Plaintiff at the Jeonju District Court on May 11, 2015, based on the payment order No. 2015 tea3459.

Reasons

1. Although a payment order entered in the order for indicating the claim was confirmed, the plaintiff either paid the price for goods purchased from the non-party B or completed the extinctive prescription, the plaintiff sought non-permission of compulsory execution based on the above payment order. 2.
