Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.
Punishment of the crime
On October 25, 2015, at around 15:25:25, the Defendant started from the Hanam-dong without a car driver’s license, and was driving B lecon vehicle at the distance of 1 km up to the street in front of the Yero-Gun off off the land of Jeonnam-gun, 15:35 on the same day.
