"2017 Highest 2" defendant is a construction worker.

On February 2, 2015, the Defendant became aware of the victim C (44 tax and female) through the “B,” which is a Internet Internet meeting in the Gyeongnam Kim-do area.

The defendant introduced himself/herself to a forwarding agent, and imposed more than KRW 13 million monthly money to a forwarding agent, and must assist and live with each other in an economically difficult situation while emphasizing his/her re-performance, and if necessary, he/she did so as to provide the victim with economic assistance.

1. On March 28, 2015, the Defendant calls from the above victim in a Buddhist area below the Gyeongnam-si, Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-dong, and there is a need to take equipment to leave the above victim to Seoul for work.

A false statement was made to the effect that the withdrawal equipment will be repaid after one week on the loan of KRW 500,000.

However, in fact, the Defendant did not have any property under the name of the Defendant and did not have any intent or ability to repay the said property even if he borrowed money from the person who suffered from bad credit standing.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim and receiving KRW 500,000 from the victim to the account under the name of the Defendant as the borrowed money, received the remittance of KRW 300,000 on April 4, 2015, KRW 300,000 on April 9, 2015, KRW 160,000 on May 16, 2015, and KRW 200,000 on August 22, 2015, as a total of five times, including KRW 1.5 million on loan.

2. On April 15, 2015, at around 20:0, the Defendant stated that, “E” coffee store located in Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si, the Defendant: (a) the Defendant delayed the settlement of the transaction partner to pay for the two-month fuel payment via transit; (b) the Defendant would have paid KRW 1 million each month after one month; and (c) the victim did not have any money, stating that “I would pay the payment after using the credit card if I lend the credit card and the traffic payment card.”
