1. The Defendant received on February 27, 1976 from the Jeju District Court with respect to the Plaintiff’s share of 2/13 out of the 116m2 in Jeju-si.

Reasons

1. On the ground that the superficies specified in paragraph (1) of the text of the claim becomes extinct due to confusion or expiration of the duration, seeking cancellation of the registration of creation of superficies against the defendant who is the heir of the superficiary H with the superficies network, as a claim for exclusion of interference based on the ownership;
