1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiffs listed in Table 1 Nos. 1 through 11 are Defendant 1, and the Plaintiffs listed in Nos. 12 through 22 of the same Table are employed or retired in the same month as indicated in the column for “retirement month” listed in the same Table in Defendant 2, and are employees who were employed or retired as indicated in the same Table. As such, the Defendants were dispatched to the National Day Day under a worker dispatch contract concluded with the Defendants’ Intervenor (hereinafter “Defendant’s Intervenor”), and carried out the duties of collecting and driving vehicles from the National Day A and Section B.
(However, the plaintiff C was changed from the beginning of April 2010 to the driver's duty of driving the national daily watch D's vehicle). Separately, the part of the witness E's testimony alone is insufficient to reverse the fact-finding.

B. The drivers of the National Daily A and B, including the plaintiffs, have worked for 40 hours a week as the basic daily working hours of 5 days a week (monthly, Number, trees, goldday, or month, picture, trees, Sundays). Saturdays were granted paid holidays, and work on duty 1 or 9 times a month by setting an sequence in order to prepare for unexpected situations arising out of the event other than the basic daily working hours. The hours and hours of work on duty are as follows:
C. The number of monthly watchkeepings during the pertinent period stated in attached Table 1 is as specified in attached Table 2. The National Bank paid the Plaintiffs KRW 25,000 per time in the case of ordinary duty and KRW 54,00 per time in the case of holiday duty. The day following the day on which the duty is on duty is on duty as “non-day”.
