[criminal record] The defendant and the person requesting an attachment order (hereinafter "defendant") were sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years for crimes of violation of the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and Protection, etc. of Victims Thereof at the Jeonju District Court on November 3, 200, and on February 8, 2002, five years of imprisonment for crimes of violation of the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and Protection, etc. of Victims Thereof (special robbery, etc.) at the same court on May 2, 2002, and five years of imprisonment for crimes of violation of the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and Protection, etc. of Victims Thereof (special robbery, etc.) at the Gwangju High Court on the same day, and the judgment became final and conclusive on the same day, and the sentence of the suspended sentence became effective, and on July 3, 2014, two years of imprisonment for crimes of violation of the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and Protection, etc. of Victims Thereof was punished by a sexual crime.
[Criminal facts] On July 18, 2017, around 04:00, the Defendant entered the victim’s house with the second floor of Yansan-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Dalla (name, name, and age 23). Around July 18, 2017, the Defendant went into the victim’s house with the mind of reporting a woman’s clothes that he/she had had had in mind been raped.
