When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
On November 15, 2013, at around 22:30, the Defendant driven a cresh car under the influence of alcohol with about 10km alcohol concentration of about 0.135% from the distance of about 10km from the road near the sound market in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu to the road in front of 778-1, Jung-gu, Jung-gu.
