1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 42,00,000 and the interest rate thereon from November 6, 2018 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The Plaintiff, on December 30, 2009, lent KRW 30,000,000 to Defendant B at the maturity of three months. On April 10, 2010, the Defendants issued a promissory note with face value of KRW 42,00,000 and due date of payment on April 30, 2010 to the Plaintiff.
2. Judgment with no ground for recognition (Article 208 (3) 1, and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
