1. The Defendant’s KRW 100,000,000 as well as 5% per annum from October 21, 2007 to November 24, 2017 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. On September 21, 2007, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and lent KRW 100 million to the Defendant on October 20, 2007 on the date of maturity, but the Defendant still did not pay the above money.
2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
