The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. On June 26, 2015, the Defendant refused a request for payment of taxi expense to the victim C (52 Does) who is a taxi driver and attempted to do so on the ground that the Defendant did not go to his/her destination in front of the late apartment complex, on the grounds that he/she was not at his/her own destination, on the grounds that around 02:00 of the middle-gu Incheon Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Incheon. The Defendant assaulted the victim by taking the victim into account that he/she did not go to the destination.
2. Determination
(a) Crimes of non-violation of intention: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act;
B. On May 12, 2016, the date of the instant indictment, the victim expressed his intention not to punish the Defendant.
