1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. A contract for basic facts design - Total floor area: 489,935.25 square meters (146,692.91 square meters), approximately 2,546 households - Contract amount: KRW 31,000 per contractual unit price, value-added tax separate: Provided, That contract amount shall be calculated by applying data submitted for business explanation and settlement shall be based on the total floor area of final architecture determined at the time of project approval;

- The service contract period: from the date of the conclusion of the contract to the time of the establishment of the association, and from the time of completion of the inspection if the partnership is approved by the general meeting

The scope of services entrusted to the Plaintiff by the committee of promoters under Article 1 (Scope of Services) of the General Conditions for Design Standard Contract (Scope of Services) shall include the scope of certified architect services, price standards, and other related Acts and subordinate statutes necessary for the implementation of redevelopment projects as the services of the basic design and the shop design, and the execution of the affairs incidental thereto, but the scope of services to be performed by the Plaintiff shall be

1. Preparation of plans, basic plans, and drawings for working plans;

2. Confirmation of design plans accompanying the results of various surveys (excluding the current status survey for the designation of a district);

3. Preparation of construction specifications, various statements of account, statement of calculated volume and a detailed statement;

4. Preparation and submission of the selected books related to authorization and permission for the implementation of a rearrangement project, and the rental business related thereto (designation of a zone, deliberation on landscape, commencement of construction, cooperation in the use thereof);

5. Cooperation in relation to district unit plans and construction plans for designating rearrangement zones;

6. Design and general affairs concerning design changes during the construction period and related rental business;

7. Preparation of a complex development map;

8. Cooperation in the preparation of a building management ledger;

9. Support and consultation for various impact assessment; 10. Matters that the promotion committee demands the defendant to provide necessary advice;

(a) 10% of the total contract amount at the time of the contract;

(b) 10 per cent of the total contract amount at the time of application for district designation;

(c) 10 per cent of the total contract amount upon completion of the designation of the area;
