A. The Plaintiff agreed with L, M, N and Defendant E, F, G, H, I, J, and K to trust the name of the owner of the building permit for multi-household housing to be constructed on the land of the O and P site in the Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and accordingly, obtained the building permit in the name of L, M, N, and Defendant E, F, G, H, I, J, and K (hereinafter “instant building permit”).

B. Since then, the Plaintiff agreed to trust the name of the owner of the instant building permit in addition to Defendant B, C, and D, and changed L from among the owner of the instant building permit to Defendant B, M, and N from Defendant C, respectively.

C. The plaintiff knew that the above title trust relationship should be resolved through the service of the copy of the complaint of this case against the defendants.

Therefore, the Defendants are obligated to implement the procedure for changing the name of the owner of the building permit listed in the attached list to the Plaintiff.

2. Grounds for recognition;

A. The remainder of the Defendants except Defendant J: Judgment by deeming confession (Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act)
