A. Defendant B’s clan (hereinafter “Defendant clan”) sold the land outside C and two parcels to Defendant Insular Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Company”), and on December 11, 2009, the head of the Pakistan District Tax Office imposed capital gains tax of KRW 1,029,146,490 on Defendant clan.

B. The Defendant’s clan’s disposition is improper, and the Tribunal requested to the Tax Tribunal for the adjudication of the first instance court 2010%2129 and sold another land to the Defendant Company as 2010%2174, but all the claims were dismissed.

C. The Defendants and D delegated administrative litigation to the Plaintiff and filed an administrative litigation against the head of the Pakistan Tax Office. The main contents of the delegation contract (Evidence A2) written by the Plaintiff and the head of the Pakistan Tax Office around February 201 are as follows.
