1. On July 22, 2013, the Defendant sold and purchased shares of 1/3 of each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, on July 22, 2013, purchased 1/3 shares of each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet from the Defendant, in the purchase price of KRW 350,00,000, from each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet, and thus, the Defendant is obligated to implement the procedure for the registration of ownership transfer with respect to each of the above real estate.
