1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months;

B On February 21, 2014, in the Seosan Branch of the Daejeon District Court, imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint injury) was sentenced to the suspension of execution for six months, and the above judgment was finalized on September 4, 2014.
Defendant A is an employee of K Co., Ltd., which is a cooperation firm of Daesan Factory in Seosan-si I, and was an on-site manager for union members working in the J Co., Ltd.'s place of business under the jurisdiction of the Chungcheongnam-nam branch of L Union and Labor Relations Act.

C is an employee of the above K K Co., Ltd., and is an employee of the branch of L Trade Union and Chungcheongnam-nam.

B is a worker belonging to M Co., Ltd. who is a collaborative company of Daesan Factory, and was the president of the N branch of L Union and Chungcheongnam-nam Branch.
Defendant
O, Defendant P, Defendant Q, Defendant R, Defendant R, Defendant T, Defendant U, Defendant V, Defendant W, and Defendant D are workers belonging to M&A, each of which is a collaborative company of J&A, and are union members in the branch of L Trade Union and South Korea.
L union Haak-nam Branch rejected the agreement between labor and management by combining L companies in each region during wage negotiations, and the former executive branch was operated as an emergency response committee system from the HJ from August 2013 after the resignation of the former executive branch. As J company's partner company, X, a company installing boiler, is working in the Daesan Factory, JJ Co., Ltd., using 24 workers belonging to the Korea EM, the L union Haak-nam branch, a company operating in Seosan, Seosan-nam branch, a democratic Nowon-gu branch, and all of the employees belonging to the Korea Labor union members, arguing that L union Y should join the NJ branch, a democratic labor union member, and comply with the agreement between L union Y branch and the local L union member.
