1. On September 29, 2014, the Defendant: (a) leased the building indicated in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff; and (b) delayed payment for the period from June 2015 to December 12, 2015; (c) thus cancelling the lease contract; and (d) sought the delivery of the said building.
