1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 26,30,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 20, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

1. The description of the grounds for application for the indication of the claim and the changed grounds for the claim;
(However, among the causes of the same application, the "applicant" is changed to the "Plaintiff", the "Respondent" is changed to the "Defendant", and the damages for delay is changed to the claim from the day after the delivery of the complaint by service by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
