A A A Fine of 5,00,000 won, Defendant B’s imprisonment with prison labor for 6 months and fines of 3,000,000 won, and Defendant C’s imprisonment for 10 months.

1. On October 9, 2012, from around H, I, and G, to October 10, 2012, from around H, I, to around 09:00 on October 10, 2012, the Defendants got the first four card from the office of “K Master” in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City J 403 using the card in the order of 52 and carried out painting three times in the order of the first four card, and finally, the Defendants ambling the card through several times by a person with a low number of card, among the remaining cards.

2. The fraud: (a) Defendant C, in advance, intended to engage in fraud by using or changing the name “anthro card” in line with the order of priority; (b) from October 18, 2012 to October 18, 2012 to Defendant B, H, G, L, etc. at the same place as that of paragraph (1).

During that period, Defendant B observed the change of Defendant C’s card and resisted Defendant C through Defendant A that it was not a fraud gambling. Defendant C expressed that if Defendant B participated in the fraud gambling, Defendant C would be against solitary money, and Defendant B accepted this.

Defendant C and B, according to the above public offering from October 11, 2012 to November 1, 201:00 of the same day, through the use of the term "carbon" card from around 02:30 on October 11, 2012, or with the name "fluoral" card by a third person, and with the care of the "fluorial matter" card, intended to engage in normal gambling by concealing the fact that he/she did so, and thereby, acquired it by fraud against the victim H, G, and L by taking advantage of each amount of money from the above victims.
