Punishment of the crime
1. After joining the U.S. on July 1985, Defendant A, as well as related persons, was in charge of contracts and orders for the purchase of safety equipment of X facilities, such as the purchase of materials, surveillance camera, etc., while serving as the head of the relevant U.S. team (Grade II) from December 13, 2010 to August 31, 201. From September 1, 201 to December 15, 2011, Defendant A was in charge of performing duties for the management of the process of construction of X facilities and equipment, and were in charge of performing duties for the construction of X facilities and equipment from December 16, 201 to December 31, 201, and were in charge of performing duties for the construction of U.S. headquarters as a public official under the Act on Special Crimes (Grade II). From December 16, 2013 to December 31, 2015.

B After joining U.S. Corporation on December 1, 1983 and serving as the head of UAB AC team (Grade II) from January 1, 2012 to December 15, 2013, 2013, B was in charge of prior review on the necessity for the development of “AD technology development task” in 2012. C is a person who works as the head of UAF AG team (Grade II) from December 16, 2013 to July 27, 2016 after being employed by UU Corporation around July 1985 and has been in charge of technical development cooperation, purchase of certified new products, performance management, etc., and is deemed as a public official in the application of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes.

D was employed by U Corporation on January 6, 2009 and worked as U Corporation AB AH Team Deputy Director (Grade III) from July 6, 2009 to December 31, 201, and the AI headquarters was responsible for designing the X facilities.
