1. As to the Plaintiff’s KRW 25,00,000 and KRW 15,000 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 10,000 from November 1, 2013, and KRW 10,000,00.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff loaned KRW 1,000,000 to the Defendant on June 9, 2013, and KRW 1,000,000 on June 10, 2013, and KRW 4,000,00 on June 12, 2013. The Defendant agreed to pay the Plaintiff KRW 10,000,000 by August 31, 2013, and KRW 15,000,00,000 by October 31, 2013.
