Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
B (24) On February 27, 2018, around 15:58, 2018, at the street of the entrance of the Busan Metropolitan City Maritime Affairs and Co., Ltd., driving a D Rapoon car on the street before the entrance of the Busan Metropolitan City Maritime Affairs and Trade, and driving a two-lane to one lane while changing from the two-lane to the one-lane.

The owner of the above vehicle entered into a comprehensive motor vehicle insurance contract in force from November 7, 2017 to November 7, 2018 with respect to the said motor vehicle to be covered by a special driving agreement at least 26 years of age.

B and G proposed that the defendant would have been driving by contact with the defendant who is the land owner ( South and 29 years old), but the defendant could not be said to drive the motor vehicle because the driver's license of the motor vehicle was revoked due to drinking.
Accordingly, Defendant A, Defendant B, and Defendant G contacted with the branchr H to allow him to drive the said vehicle, and H requested to do so, and H conspired with the so-called driver.
Accordingly, the Defendant classified Samsung Fire Insurance Officers I who were called to the said accident scene on the same day as G as “A driver H,” and falsely called “A” to said I as “A driver H,” and “A” to said I as “A driver H,” and “B” to said I as “A driver,” and H, upon photographing his driver’s license to be submitted to the insurance company, sent to the Defendant.
The defendant sent a copy of the above H's driver's license to the person in charge of the victimized company.
Defendant, H, G, and B continue to exist on March 1, 2018.
