However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

"2019 Highest 300"

1. On November 29, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 02:50 on November 29, 2018, the victim C residing in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) laid a chemical part into the front door of the victim’s residence without any justifiable reason; (c) broken the front door in a hand, walking the front door in a hand, and was laid off outside the front door.

As such, the Defendant destroyed the lock-up locking device equivalent to KRW 100,000 in the market price of the victim, and damaged another’s property by destroying four chemical parts equivalent to the total market price of KRW 50,000 in total, and four market price of which is unknown.

2. On November 29, 2018, at around 03:00, the Defendant: (a) was arrested as a flagrant offender at police officers, etc. belonging to the Seoul Gangseo-gu Police Station D District; (b) was transferred to the said D District on November 29, 2018; and (c) attempted to self-injury, such as the Defendant’s arms, in the said D District located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F on November 29, 2018; and (b) the police officer belonging to the said D District was kneek, where the police officer tried to unfright the Defendant’s arms, and the police officer belonging to the said D District was kneeek, who was a public official G of the police officer belonging to the said D District, who was unfrighted of the baggage.

The Defendant assaulted G and interfered with the legitimate performance of police official's duties in relation to police official's service.

『2019고단888』 피고인은 2018. 11. 29. 09:40경 서울 강서구 H에 있는 ‘I’ 식당 앞길에서, 아무런 이유 없이 정차 중이던 J 운전의 아반떼 승용차를 발로 찼고, 이에 위 J이 마침 길을 지나던 순찰차를 향해 도움을 요청하여, 위 순찰차에 탑승 중이던 서울강서경찰서 D지구대 소속 순경 K 등이 피고인에게 관련 진술을 청취하려 하자, 위 K의 왼쪽 무릎을 발로 차고 순찰자의 뒤 펜더 부분을 발로 차는 등으로 폭행하였다.
