1.The judgment of the first instance shall be modified as follows:
Defendant A, B, D, and J Co., Ltd. shall be listed in attached Form 2.
Basic Facts
Defendant A as the parties is the president of Defendant J Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant J”), Defendant K Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant K”), a door-to-door sales business entity, and AO Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “AO”) as the president of the so-called AP Group, a multi-level marketing business entity, who has overall control over the overall operation of the group. Defendant B is the 1 business entity under the name of the chairman of the Steering Committee of Defendant J’s head office and the 1 business entity under the name of the chairman of the Steering Committee of Defendant J, and Defendant D is the vice-chairman of the AP Group, respectively.
Defendant A, B, and D related to Defendant J-related tort caused by deception and the amount of damages mean the standard price for providing allowances to all goods as the socially weak in the PV Point from 2002, namely, the amount of purchase cost, taxes, management expenses, corporate interests, etc. in member countries.
The defendant company's "market franchise" (No. 4) explains that if the selling price of the goods is 17,000 won or more and the cost/interest is 14,000 won, PV is 3,000 won or more, the difference is 3,000 won.
