However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

"2017 Highest 4279"

1. On October 12, 2017, at around 04:37, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat, which was parked on the front road of the Daejeon Daejeon Seo-gu, Daejeon, without correction, for a passenger car, and (b) stolen the vehicle with cash of KRW 3,000 owned by the victim and was located in the contact with the location of the vehicle.

2. The Defendant attempted to larceny the said vehicle by putting the key to the vehicle’s vehicle at the time and place as set forth in the foregoing paragraph (1) at the market price, and putting the vehicle at the seat of the vehicle’s contact with the passenger vehicle as set forth in the foregoing paragraph (1). However, the Defendant was not aware of the police officer and did not commit an attempted crime.

3. Fraud;

A. On October 14, 2017, the Defendant posted a false statement to the effect that he/she sold a watch tower content, living room content, indoor cuplic, 2nd indoor cuplic, twit street on the NAV on the NAV on October 14, 2017, and that he/she sent all the above goods to the victim G who reported and contacted the above posted around the 15th day of the same month.

B. On October 16, 2017, the Defendant posted an article on the Rober I Doster on the Round, and on the same day, false statement was made to the victim J who reported and contacted the above article to the effect that “1.6 million won will be sent to the DocC at the face of the week.”

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to sell the above goods to the victim.

Nevertheless, the defendant deceivings the victim as above and acquired 1.6 million won from the victim to the Nonghyup Bank (H) under the name of the NongHyup Bank (H) as the price for the goods around the 17th of the same month.
