However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Around March 22, 2014, the Defendant was provided with medical treatment as if he/she had been aware of his/her name at C Council members located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, by presenting D’s resident registration number to his/her employees, and by allowing the employees to claim insurance benefit costs from the National Health Insurance Corporation at that time, and by deceiving the victim, the Defendant was provided with KRW 12,950 and acquired the same amount of financial benefits from the victim.

In addition, from around that time to January 9, 2019, the Defendant received insurance benefits equivalent to KRW 2,618,305 in total from the victim over 155 times as shown in the annexed Table of Crimes.

2. No one shall receive insurance benefits or allow any other person to receive insurance benefits by fraud or other improper means;

Nevertheless, around June 13, 2014, the Defendant received insurance benefits by providing D's resident registration number to employees of the F Council members of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E and the second floor who are unable to know their names, and by paying only the insurance benefits, except for the insurance benefits of 8,060 won.

In addition, from around that time to January 9, 2019, the Defendant received insurance benefits equivalent to KRW 2,540,845 in total by false means, as shown in the attached Table 5 through 155, in total, 151.

The Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act by illegally using another person’s resident registration number over 151 times in total, as shown in the attached Table 5 through 155, using a method of receiving hospital treatment with D’s resident registration number (G), while running as if he did not know the name at a time and place as referred to in the above paragraph (2).
