At around 02:35 on June 16, 2013, the Defendant destroyed the reinforcement glass Chapter 3 and the 4 door mold so that the repair cost would be KRW 9.260,000,00,000, by driving a rocketing car owned by the Defendant, without going through the following: (a) the Defendant had no capacity to discern things or make decisions due to a sudden and mental disorder in detail; and (b) around the entrance entrance of the D Hospital located in Jeju Island, the Defendant was able to take care of the hospital’s complaint and “a person related to the 30-minute reduction rate” before the entrance of the D Hospital located in Jeju City; and (c) the Defendant was able to take care of the hospital’s complaint and “a person related to the 30-minute reduction rate reduction rate”.
