1. The Defendant is based on the completion of the prescriptive acquisition on January 1, 2016, with respect to the land size of 833 square meters in Jeonnam-gun, Jeonnam-gun.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, from January 1, 1996 to January 1, 1996, occupied the real estate stated in the Disposition No. 1 in peace and openly with the intention to own it, and the prescription for acquisition by possession was completed on January 1, 2016, demanding the Defendant, the owner of the said real estate, to implement the procedure for registration of ownership transfer based on this.
