1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 23,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from December 18, 2015 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. In light of the fact that there is no dispute between the parties to the sales market, and the purport of the entire pleadings as to the evidence Nos. 1 and 2, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 35,00,000 to the Defendant around May 2014, and the Defendant agreed to repay the loan in installments to the Plaintiff on April 21, 2015, the Defendant paid KRW 2,000,000 per month from May 201 to October 10 of the same year, and the Defendant could have known the fact that the loan was repaid in installments, and the Defendant did not pay the remainder of KRW 23,00,000 to the Plaintiff. Accordingly, the Defendant is obligated to pay the remainder of the loan and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of KRW 15% per annum from December 18, 2015 following the day on which the Defendant received the complaint of this case.
