2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. On December 4, 2008 and November 24, 2009, the Defendant concluded each insurance contract with the Plaintiff as the insured on two occasions, including the content that guarantees daily allowances for injury or illness as the insured by making himself/herself as the insured (hereinafter “each insurance contract of this case”).

B. From September 6, 2010 to August 30, 2014, the Defendant hospitalized the Defendant for 383 days in total as follows: (a) from September 6, 2010 to August 30, 2014.
