1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

Reasons

1. The plaintiff alleged that the plaintiff lent 100 million won to the defendant on June 4, 2016, as the cause of the claim in this case. However, the statement in Gap 1 alone is insufficient to recognize this point, and there is no other evidence to prove this, and there is no evidence to prove that the defendant committed any tort against the plaintiff, or that the defendant actually gained the above 100 million won property interest without any legal ground, and therefore, the plaintiff's tax credit claims are not acceptable.
