If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
At around 23:00 on December 9, 2014, the Defendant driven a B Sti-type car from the vicinity of the Japanese colonial drugs located in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu to the front of the same 2nd road, while under the influence of alcohol as 0.177% of alcohol concentration in blood.
