A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
On January 14, 2014, at around 00:30, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with 0.190% of blood alcohol concentration 0.190%, and the Defendant was driving a CF (EF) off the front-distance intersection in D at the net City of 1,00, to turn to the left at the right right from the direction of the ethic tunnel.
