Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
On December 16, 2015, at around 02:45, the Defendant driven C rocketing car under the influence of alcohol content of about 500 meters from a road that is located in the Dong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwangjin-gu to the same luminous dust, to the road that is about 460 meters prior to the same Gu.
