1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 73,164,00 for the Plaintiff and KRW 6% per annum from December 1, 2015 to February 12, 2016; and (b) February 13, 2016 for the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. By November 18, 2015, the Plaintiff sought payment of the outstanding amount of KRW 73,164,000, as the Plaintiff supplied the Defendant with the product equivalent to KRW 88,440,00, such as “snick removal machine (name of product; C), sprink (internal set and AS)” by November 18, 2015 (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act)
